๐๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐น๐ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด โ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ โ The Local Youth Development Office of Echague successfully conducted the Joint 2nd Regular Quarterly Meeting for 2026 on June 18, 2026, at Casa Maria Mengal Women Center. The meeting brought together members of the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC), Sangguniang Kabataan Chairpersons, and representatives from YORP-Registered Youth and Youth-Serving Organizations to strengthen collaboration and further promote youth participation and development in the municipality.
1st Quarter LYDC Meeting
1st Quarter Joint LYDC Meeting | 2026 The Echague Local Youth Development Council (ELYDC) successfully conducted its 1st Regular Quarterly Meeting for 2026, with the attendance of all Sangguniang Kabataan Chairpersons and SK Treasurers, as well as YORP-registered youth and youth-serving organizations in the municipality. Also in attendance were representatives from DILG Echague, led by LGOO II Cielo Reyes-Madarang, together with LYDO Kenedy J. Saet and SK Federation President Lloyd Jerome T. Gaffud. The meeting provided an avenue for coordination, information-sharing, and alignment of efforts toward the effective implementation of youth development programs. The activity underscored the collective commitment of youth leaders and partner institutions to strengthen youth governance and promote responsive and inclusive youth development initiatives in Echague.
Echague River Clean-up Day
From riverbanks to renewed hope ๐ฑ On April 23, 2026 at 6:00 AM, the River Clean-Up Day and Project Green Banks Initiative: Bamboo and Vetiver was successfully conducted in Gucab and Dammang East, Echague, Isabelaโbringing together communities and partner agencies in a shared mission to restore and protect our river. Through the collective efforts of the Office of the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Officer, Office of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer, the Local Youth Development Office, the Philippine National Police - Echague, Bureau of Fire Protection - Echague, Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Echague, Isabela, Junior Chamber International Echague Yogad, San Miguel Corporation - BMEG Isabela, and the barangay officials of Gucab and Dammang East, the activity not only cleared waste but also led to the planting of bamboo and vetiver to help strengthen and sustain our riverbanks.
